The inside the Park operations are under a concession contract with NPS to operate Bus Tours and Transportation services in addition to food and beverage, retail and campground services. Facility maintenance and an employee community is also a significant portion of the contract. This “District” has an environmental management system (EMS) that is certified to the ISO 14001 standard for environmental performance and has been since 2004.
