ARAMARK Sustainability Intern-Cleveland Clinic

Located in Cleveland, Ohio, Cleveland Clinic is a nonprofit, multispecialty academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education.  Today, with more than 1,400 beds on Cleveland Clinic Main campus and 4,400 beds system-wide, Cleveland Clinic is one of the largest and most respected hospitals in the country.  The vision of Cleveland Clinic: Striving to be the world's leader in patient experience, clinical outcomes, research and education.ARAMARK-a leader in food services, facilitates management, and uniform and career apparel - and the Student Conservation Association have teamed up to offer a Sustainability Internship at the Cleveland Clinic food and environmental services, managed by ARAMARK.  The Sustainability Intern will focus on sustainability and health and wellness programs in the dining operations, which includes sustainable product sourcing, developing a food waste composting program, implement wellness campaign, and develop programing around Food Day activities and the onsite Farmer’s Market. The Sustainability Intern will serve as a key resource in supporting and advancing ARAMARK's commitment to sustainability at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) internship.This position is not eligible for an AmeriCorps Education Award.
