Parking

There are meters along 4th St, a lot on the corner of 4th and Tingey, and a few visitors’ spots in the building lot. Do not park in the lot in an unmarked spot.

From North of the City

• Take 295 South into the City
• Take Howard Rd. Exit
• Turn Right at traffic light at the end of the ramp.
• Take Howard Rd. to the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge
• Once over the bridge stay to the right and turn right at M St.
• Travel about .5 mile on M St.
• Pass the Navy Yard Metro on your left the new Dept of Transportation Buildings on your right
• Make a right onto 4th Street, SE (there is no sign but it is the street after 3rd Street, SE)
• Make a left at the 4-way stop sign; you are now entering the construction zone
• Make a left into the last parking lot on your left
• Go up the stairs to Suite 222

From NW DC

• Take 7th St. south to Maine Avenue
• Turn Left onto Maine Avenue
• Pass the marina and waterfront on your right
• Maine Avenue turns into M St. as you pass the Arena Stage on your left (stay straight)
• Follow until South Capitol Street, cross South Capitol Street
• Pass the Navy Yard Metro on your left the new Dept of Transportation Buildings on your right
• Make a right onto 4th Street, SE (there is no sign but it is the street after 3rd Street, SE)
• Make a left at the 4-way stop sign; you are now entering the construction zone
• Make a left into the last parking lot on your left
• Go up the stairs to Suite 222

From the Anacostia Community and further East

• Take Suitland Parkway towards Downtown DC
• After the 295 overpass go to the Right.
• Follow sign (small) to Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge.
• Once over the bridge stay to the right and turn right at M St.
• Pass the Navy Yard Metro on your left the new Dept of Transportation Buildings on your right
• Make a right onto 4th Street, SE (there is no sign but it is the street after 3rd Street, SE)
• Make a left at the 4-way stop sign; you are now entering the construction zone
• Go up the stairs to Suite 222

Metro

• Take the Green Line to the Navy Yard/New Jersey Avenue stop.
• Walk across M Street, SE
• Make a left onto M Street, SE
• Make a right onto 4th Street, SE
• Make a left onto Tingey Street (at the 4-way stop sign)
• After passing 2 buildings on your left, make a left into the parking lot
• Go up the stairs to Suite 222
