Save the Dates: Open House & Earth Day

There are big things in store for the SCA in Seattle this Spring that you won’t want to miss!

The Northwest Regional Office has been through a major renovation and we’re ready to open our freshly painted doors to our members, alumni, donors and community. On April 20th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at our northwest regional office, we’ll host an Open House prior to our Earth Day event. Keep an eye out for an Open House and Earth Day invitation in the mail. Each year, the SCA’s Seattle Conservation Leadership Corps hosts one of the city’s largest Earth Day events with youth members leading over 200 community volunteers in various conservation projects and educational activities. This year the event will take place on Saturday, April 22nd between 9am and 2pm at the Washington Park Arboretum. There will be trail projects, invasive species removal, planting, and a kid-friendly site with educational activities.
