SCA's Mount Rainier Recovery Program
|

Over an unseasonably warm two-day period in November of 2006, some areas of the northwest forest received as much as 18 inches of rainfall. In Mount Rainier National Park, cascades of rain and melted water from snow and glaciers produced unprecedented damage. SCA is proud to be leading the Mount Rainier Recovery Initiative, a coalition of organizations, groups, and individuals committed to the restoration of this icon of the northwest.
